We booked double room that was complete with the bathroom and bunk beds as advertised. We had a very good breakfast, it included pancakes and eggs. The staff was top-class and attentive at all levels. The hotel was set in a central area just next door to the embassies, a public market where u can find alot of thailand streetfood and lumpini Park or moon bar

The food is fabulous, and the breakfast is sensational in a stylish and compact unit with bunk beds, along with unique features like the basin outside the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful personl with good knowledge of English. Clean room with very comfortable bed. The location is good and somewhat untouristic, which we particularly liked.
Shower and WC are an absolute construction error, far too narrow and small. There was also mold in the shower. The rooms are very sensitive, you even notice when the neighbour activates the light switch. What we also found disturbing was the cleaning staff walking through the corridors with walki-talkis before 8 o'clock.

Play area for children. Very friendly staff.
The room was way too small. No space in the toilet. The WC and the shower are in principle in the sleeping area.
